It’s hard to feel bad about life when you are on a bike!

LIFE IS THE BEST TEACHER IF YOU ARE OPEN TO ITS LESSONS!
PEDAL IT OUT!
LIFE, ONE PEDAL STROKE AT A TIME.
My journey with bikes began when I was around 5 or 6 years old. Although I don’t recall the exact moment, I vividly remember my first bike—a red 16" that quickly became more than just a bike; it became my teacher. That bike put a smile on my face then, and a smile that has endured even no when I ride. Back then, I couldn’t have known how much the sense of control and freedom I felt would come to influence my life.

Without being fully aware of it, and seeing through reflections that throughout my years growing up and even now, biking has always been there for me. In my times of struggle I would escape to the skatepark or to a near by trail to feel the speed, the wind on my face and the freedom I only found on a bike. Biking pulled me into the moment and out of my head. Reflecting on my experiences now there are many skills I learned from riding. Besides the hard skills of cycling and body awareness, I learned lie skills such as: creativity in impromptu situations, discipline, perseverance, community and many more! All of these offered me resilience of mind and heart. I have become a more confident and stronger person from riding and what i have been able to distill from it. Better equipped to take on all that life throws at me.

These lessons have made me a more confident and capable person, better equipped to handle life’s challenges. As I delved deeper into the psychology of these experiences, studying formally and observing both myself and those I coach, I’ve been able to connect my practical experiences with academic theories, turning this into a lifelong passion and area of study.

I am thrilled to continue learning and equally excited to share and teach the lessons that cycling has taught me. Join me on this journey, and let’s discover together how cycling can enrich your life just as it has mine.
